Brief NJ Visit

Lenny picked me up from work this past Saturday at 6 and we drove down to NJ to stay at Lenny's sister, Margot's, for a couple nights. Sunday morning we drove farther down to Megan and Karl's house so we could get Megan's maternity clothes and see Miss Phoebe for a little bit. Then back to Margot's where Lenny played with his nephew and I took a nap before the rest of Lenny's family came over for a barbecue. Here's Tony admiring his fire as only men can do.

Lenny's three nephews entertained Little Miss Micaela on the trampoline. They were very careful with her and she clearly enjoyed it.

The most fun she had, however, was when they put on music in the living room and she danced and danced, even though she was pretty tired by that point. She kept motioning for everyone to get up and join her. At one point she grabbed her cousin, David...

Then a few seconds later she grabbed her cousin, Cesar, to join them!

She also loved dancing with her Tio Lenny. Every time he would leave the room and go into the kitchen, a minute or so later she would pull him back into the living room to dance. Margot gave her all these props to dance with and every time a song ended, she would go, "Oh no!" Here's a little video montage I threw together (yes I have figured out how to edit video with just my basic Windows software; that's Lenny in the green t-shirt that she motions to in the beginning).
