Penguin Plunge

So I'm sure you've all heard about the various Polar Bear Plunges on Jan. 1st. Well, we had a few of those around here, but another nearby town does a variation called the Penguin Plunge. You are supposed to wear a bow tie and your skivvies. I found this photo from a previous year and thought it was hilarious. Of course this must be BEFORE they went into the freezing cold water.
