Hollywood Phoebe

One of my missions on this last visit of Miss Phoebe was to get some pics of her in her Oscar outfit for next year's Oscar Party invitation (since they missed this year's party and who knows how long the outfit will fit). Of course what resulted was nothing like what I had in mind, but it's adorable. I'm thinking of something involving a story of a little Hollywood starlet on the morning the Oscar nominations are announced:
